Ming Thing' exhibits naturally occurring mutant growth, in the form of sculptural club-like shapes of blue-green columnar cactus from Bolivia and Argentina.
It’s a monstrose (monster) form of Cereus forbesii (aka C. validus), meaning that it exhibits naturally occurring mutant growth.
This cactus variety will not survive a hard frost, but if there is a risk of freezing temperatures it can be brought indoors to grow on a sunny window sill.
Ships without a pot, but with a very robust, well packaged root-ball.
